It’s a new school year, a new Jewish year, and we’ve had several new things at SAGE. September 10th was the first day in our new room, on our new day, and we had a great time, laughing at the antics of the Marx Brothers. Keith Crocker, a professor at Nassau Community College, gave us all the background on who the Marx Brothers were, how their careers took shape, and what they did after they stopped making movies.

Our next two meetings will be held on;
Thursday, October 15th* at 10:30 am in the Kiddush Room
Thursday, November 12th at 10:30 am in the Kiddush Room
*Please note– not to confuse you further, but next month’s meeting will be the 3rd Thursday of the month, October 15th due to the holidays.

At that time, our program will feature Lisa Wisel, dance therapist. Lisa is a lovely, warm teacher who will get you moving in your chairs to great music and may even get you moving around the room.
